2.1 Whilst the Manitoba Sector Training Network shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, the Manitoba Sector Training Network will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2 Access to this site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in circumstances of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the control of Manitoba Sector Training Network.

3.1 The information contained on this site or in emails is for general guidance only. You should neither act, nor refrain from action, on the basis of any such information. 4.1 By accessing any part of this site, or opening emails, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

4.2 These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Canadian Law and the courts of the Province of Manitoba shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the content of any information you submit and will indemnify MSTN against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage ("Losses") in connection therewith. Any report compiled by MSTN is generated automatically as a result of the information provided by you. MSTN gives no warranty of the accuracy or otherwise of any report generated, as the content is dependent on your responses. The content of the Online Tools and any reports are meant as a guideline only and should not be construed as advice.

It is your responsibility to protect your computer against any viruses.

You will comply with all anti-discrimination legislation. You will indemnify MSTN against any Losses in connection therewith. You accept responsibility for any detriment which you may suffer or incur in respect of your reliance on the content of the Online Tools or any report and shall hold MSTN harmless against any Losses in connection therewith.

MSTN reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any part or all of the Online Tools at any time without reason. The contents of the site and all intellectual property rights of any nature in any reports and forming part of the Online Tools and the website will not vest in you but will remain the property of MSTN or its approved affiliates or content suppliers. MSTN reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to refuse to provide the Online Tools offered at any time without reason. 2. MSTN considers you to be acting inappropriately or illegally
