2.1 Whilst the Manitoba Sector Training Network shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, the Manitoba Sector Training Network will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

MSTN gives no warranty of the accuracy or otherwise of any report generated, as the content is dependent on your responses. The content of the Online Tools and any reports are meant as a guideline only and should not be construed as advice.

You will comply with all anti-discrimination legislation. You will indemnify MSTN against any Losses in connection therewith. MSTN reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove any part or all of the Online Tools at any time without reason.
